Order Processing


All orders are shipped from our warehouses in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany, etc.

Orders placed before 12pm Pacific Time Monday through Friday will be shipped the same business day. Please note that we are closed on holidays.

Shipping Time: Estimated shipping time is calculated from the time the order is shipped and does not include weekends or holidays.

Duties and Taxes: International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures when arriving at the destination country, causing delays beyond the original delivery estimate. Additional charges may also be incurred based on the destination country's import laws.

Lost Shipments

https://siwn.shop is not responsible for shipments lost in transit.

If your order status is delivered, please check around your home to make sure it has not been left at a side door, lobby, or mail room, and ask your neighbors if they have received it for you. Carriers may also sometimes mark packages as delivered before they arrive.

If you believe your package has been lost, please contact our Customer Support team and we will try to locate your package.

As a fraud prevention measure, we cannot, under any circumstances, issue refunds for lost packages.
